Today marks the passing of my paternal grandfather Haji Abdul Rashid Hj Taha. He left this world at the nice, old age of 81 and on the good Islamic Friday in the Islamic Rejab month, where it is said that God shalt forgive your sins should you seek for forgiveness. I might not be as close to him as a granddaughter should be but without him, there will be no me.
