So excited.
Love happens so quickly, doesn't it? It seems like only yesterday when Mardi and I spotted Firhad within a giggly gaggle of hot Chinese girls in the NUS Library and categorized him as either gay or the kind who only goes out with (preferably hot) Chinese girls. As was the case with most of the eligible Malay bachelors within the four (or more) walls of NUS. Told Izrina about him later. That he was cute. But like us, she remained sceptical. As we all were with men our generation those days (and now, in fact). Whole group of us ran (not literally, of course!) into him again a few days later, got introduced by a mutual friend (and, for the life of me, cannot remember who), took a group picture, everyone agreeing he was cute and then suddenly, Izrina reported back to us a few days later and told us -rather breathlessly (not because of her asthmatic or sinus tendencies)- that he asked her out. And continued to ask her out.
The rest, as they would say, is history. Hers and his story.
And now this. A call to the bride earlier informs me that she just collected her bajus. And today I need to collect mine.
Can't wait for Saturday now!

diy...ok..i dunno about the Mendaki tuition bit but yes, this firhad was frm NUS science AND I'm pretty sure it's the same firhad coz si dektu is SO passionate about teaching, i can still recall all those times the rest of us in malas mode (izrina included!) and we all were trying to get him to cancel his tuition class so we all can just go and lepak but he refused to and left us all (and the fun things lepaking can bring) to go give tuition!! so dedicated kaan?! when he returns frm his honkymoon, i'll let force my blog down his throat so he can read ur wish. :) i'm sure he'll be heartened by one of his students reaching out to him frm HERE..of all places..my belog. Heh. And yeah, i try to put nice things in my blog. if not nice, then it means Raihan tengah bad mood. hahah. which is not often. :P

twinkz/farah darling kau sungguh SALAH kira hari....that weekend was NOT lydia's wedding weekend and i am unfortunately unable to make it to lydia's wedding pasal aku kena bukak kepak and terbang...:(. so sadness madness. well, i'm expecting gambarans horrr....
